No. We can provide a crate, or use your pet's own carrier or travel harness.
Can I ride with my pet?
Generally no, for insurance and safety reasons. You get updates and GPS tracking during the ride instead.
How will I know my pet arrived safely?
You can follow the ride by GPS and get a trip report with arrival and drop-off notes in the Time To Pet app.
Who drives my pet?
Our own trained team, the same people who walk and sit pets for Premier Pet TLC. They are CPR and first aid certified, and we never outsource rides.
What if my pet is nervous in the car?
We take extra time to load, keep the ride calm, and can add a short walk before drop-off.
What happens if my pet has an emergency during the ride?
We contact you or your emergency contact first. If we cannot reach you in time, we take your pet to your regular vet or the nearest animal hospital. Emergency vet costs are paid by the pet owner.

Yes. Premier Pet TLC is fully insured and bonded, including transportation.
