Premier Pet TLC visits your Austin home, learns what is upsetting your cat and builds a clear, force-free plan to bring calm back, with follow-up support while you put it into practice.
Most cat behavior problems have a reason: stress, a change at home, competition between cats or a litter box setup your cat does not like. We help you find the cause and fix it without punishment.
Peeing or pooping outside the litter box
Spraying or marking
Fighting or tension between cats
Aggression
Scratching furniture
Stress after a move or a new pet

If the problem is new or sudden, see your veterinarian first. Pain, urinary problems and other illnesses can cause litter box changes, and cats do not always look sick.
We observe your cat, look at your home setup and review medical history and routine.
We look for patterns and stressors and agree on clear goals.
Practical changes: litter box placement, safe zones, play, enrichment and calming aids.
Follow-up sessions by phone or virtual visit to track progress and adjust the plan.

We start with a one-on-one consultation in the comfort of your home. This allows us to observe your cat’s behavior in its natural environment, evaluate your home setup, and get a clear picture of the challenges you're facing. This session includes reviewing your cat’s medical history, past behavior issues, and daily routine.

When a problem may be medical, we work with your veterinarian. Medication decisions are always made by your vet.

After gathering details, we identify triggers, patterns, and stressors that may be contributing to the unwanted behavior. From there, we build a customized plan to address specific goals like reducing aggression, eliminating spraying, or helping your cat adjust to a new pet or home.

Your trainer will create a holistic plan that focuses on behavior change through proven techniques and environmental enrichment. This may include using calming aids, increasing play sessions, adjusting litter box placement, or creating safe zones to reduce anxiety.

We do not believe in quick fixes. Instead, we offer support beyond the first session through follow-ups, progress tracking, and adjustments to the training plan as needed. Your success is our priority, and we’re here to walk this journey with you.

We have served Austin pet owners since 2018. Unlike general obedience trainers, we focus on cats: how they use their space, why they stop using the litter box and what causes tension between cats.
We start in your home, where the problem happens. Your cat stays relaxed, and we can see the litter boxes, the layout and how your cats share the space. That helps us find the real cause.
Premier Pet TLC is fully insured and bonded. We use gentle, force-free methods, inspired by well-known cat behavior experts Jackson Galaxy and Mieshelle Nagelschneider, and we never use punishment. If a problem may be medical, we work with your veterinarian.
Together, we create an individualized plan for you and your cat. Most cats do best with 2 to 3 follow-up sessions to track progress and adjust the plan. Follow-up sessions are about 30 minutes by phone or virtual visit, and cost $80 each.
Common reasons are a medical problem, stress, conflict with another cat, or a litter box your cat does not like (location, cleanliness, type of litter or too few boxes). See your vet first if it is new or sudden, then we help you find and fix the cause.
